Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – PowerHouse Therapy Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. If a client is 20 minutes late or more to their appointment, the session will be considered cancelled and no refund will be given. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and commitment.
